Easy Rice Pizza


basmathi (biriyaani rice, I used jeerakashala)-1glass
eggs-3


filling
onion-3
green chilli-3
boneless chicken-100g
ginger /garlic-2tbs
garammasala-1/4tsp
corinader leaves-garnish

Take a fry pan and saute the onion until golden brown and add gingergarlic paste, green chilly and fry.Add garam masala , minced chicken and fry well.garnish the corinader leaves.

grind rice ,salt with 3 eggs and make it smoooth batter.

Take a non stick pot , add little ghee,pour half of the rice batter and cook for a short period then add chicken masala on top of it,pour the remining batter.put tomato,onion and capsicum on top of it.cook for 15-20 on a low flame

Spaghetti rolls


Ingredients
Spaghetti boiled 2 cups
Potato boiled and mashed 1 cup
Tomato sause 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Egg yolk 1
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 chopped
Egg beaten 1
Flour for coating
Bread crumbs for coating
Method
1. Cut spaghetti into pieces and boil till tender.
2. In a bowl mixed boiled spaghetti, boiled and mashed potato, tomato sauce, onion, egg yolk, salt, pepper, , lemon juice, coriander leaves and green chilies.
3. Shape the spaghetti mixture into fingers
4. dip in beaten egg,then roll in flour and breadcrumbs, shallow fry. Serve with ketchup

puff pastry sheets- 8 (squares)-each pastry cut into 4 small squares
1 1/2 carrots =grated
4 tbsp -fresh coconut 
4 tbsp-almond powder
3 tbsp-honey
1 1/2 tbsp oil/ghee
heat a nonstick pan with ghee/oil,add grated carrot along with coconut and almond powder.stir well for 2 to 4 minutes,then add honey ,mix well just heat for 1 min on low flame.remove from flame .keep it aside.
Take small square of puff pastry,spread the carrot almond mix on it..and bake 160 degree C till it becomes light brown colour..Then garnish with a drop of condensed milk and nuts..Its very easy and yummy snack..try it friends..enjoy

Egyptian pan cakes filled with nuts


For the batter
1/2 cup-warm milk
1 tsp -yeast
1 tsp -sugar
1 tsp-baking pwdr
1 1/4 cup-flour
1/4 cup-semolina
salt-a pinch
water-1/2 cup
mix milk, sugar and yeast and leave for 10 mints.
then add to the rest of ingredients and mix well.leave in a warm place for 1/2 an hour.
Heat a non stick pan pour the batter mixture making small round circles,the size u want,bake on one side only..Remove from heat add the nuts mixture u want and close it well.and deep fry it for 1 -2 mints .Lastly dip the pan cakes in to the sugar syrup(1/4 cup sugar+little water) .then drain. enjoy...sweet pancakes with nuts r ready..

Pumpkin pathiri


1.flour 1 1/2 glass, salt and water(enough) for making dough
2.beef-250g
3.chilli powder-1/2tbsp,turmeric-1/4tbsp,salt for taste
4.oil
5.chopped onion-300g
6.ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp,coriander leaves,curry leaves chopped-1tbsp each
7.chilly powder-1/2tsp,turmeric powder-1/4tsp,garam masala powder-1/4tsp
8.rava-1/2 glass
9.oil-3tbsp
10.onion chopped-1,green chilly chopped-3
11.beef boiled water-3/4glass
12.curry leaves-1
13.boiled eggs-3


Method:
1.make flour dough by using item-1
2.cook beef with item-3 and mince well .keep the water separate as item 11
3.take a deep fry pan and saute onion ,then add item 6 and fry well.after add item 7 and fry again until the smell comes out.then add minced beef and cook again .This is the filling item
4.take a pan and fry the rava little and keep a side.
5.Using the same pan pour oil and fry onion,green chilly and the beef boiled water and boil it.
6.once its boiled add the rava and make uppumaav. its for stuffing
7.take a portion of the rava filling mix with beef filling and keep a side.
8.make poori little big size then add beef filling, boiled egg and frill the poori from the corners .cut the top of the frill then put it in a deep frying pan and fry it and allow to drain the oil.
9.make another poori little bigger than previous then add the rava filling. after that keep the previosly fried poori stuff upside down then do the frill. cut the top and fry again.
