Carrot Cake

Carrot -3 [medium size]
Eggs - 5
Sugar-for taste
Milk powder-6 tbsp
Ghee-1 tsp

Add carrot, eggs,sugar and milk powder in a juicer and grind well.
Take a non stick vessel and put the ghee. After pour the mix and simmer for 15 minutes.
You carrot cake is ready. Garnish and taste it.....!!!!!
