Pumpkin Raita

pumpkin-1/2 cup grated
curd-1 cup -beaten
salt
mustard powder-1/2 tsp
roasted cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Grate pumpkin and boil in 1/4 cup water at low flame.
When water dries, remove and let it cool.
Beat curd and mix all the ingredients along with pumpkin .serve it chilled.
