Pettiyappam


Bread-8pcs
boiled eggs-2
Flour-for making 4 chappathi 
chicken kheema=400g
chopped onion-3
ginger/garlic paste-1tbsp
turmeric-1/4tsp
chillipowder-1/2tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp
green chilli-3
salt-for taste
oil for frying

1.mix kheema with turmeric/chillipowder/salt and boil well
2.fry onion until golden brown
3.add chilli/ginger/garlic and fry it
4.add chicken kheema and fry it well
5.add garama masala and corinder leaves

Take one bread and add the masala on top of it.
add 1/2 of the boild egg piece and cover it with another bread piece
mix flour/dalda/salt and make chappathi dough.
prepare very thin chappathi and cover the previously prepared bread.
beat 2 eggs/pepper/salt and make a mixture
dip the chappathi coverd breads in it and fry well
